Most COD orders are confirmed within a few hours on business days. You may receive a WhatsApp message to confirm your order.
Contact us as soon as possible if your order is still pending or confirmed. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
Inside Dhaka: typically 1–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. Remote areas may take longer.
Delivery charge depends on your city. Free delivery may apply when your order meets the store minimum threshold or includes free-shipping products.
Yes, COD is available across Bangladesh where our courier partners operate. Online payment is also available at checkout.
Open your order from My Orders and tap Complete payment to retry. If the issue continues, choose COD or contact support.
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unworn items with tags attached. See our Returns policy for full details.
After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days depending on your payment method.
Yes. Choose Exchange when submitting your return request from the order detail page. Our team will guide you on availability.
After your order is delivered, open the order in My Orders and tap Write review on any item you purchased.
Earn points on eligible purchases and redeem them at checkout. View your balance and history in Account → Loyalty Points.
