Delivery charges
Your delivery charge is calculated at checkout based on your city. Free delivery may apply automatically when your order meets the store threshold or includes eligible free-shipping products.
Processing time
Orders are packed within 24–48 hours on business days after confirmation. Once your parcel is handed to the courier, you’ll receive tracking details by SMS, email, and in your account.
Tracking your order
You can follow your order at any time from My Orders, or use Track Order with your order ID and phone number to see the latest courier status.
Failed delivery (RTO)
If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unreachable phone number, the parcel may return to us. Please double-check your phone number and address at checkout to avoid delays.
