Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, returns are simple, transparent, and free of hassle.
How it works
Open your order
Go to My Orders in your account and select the item you want to return or exchange.
Request a return
Tap “Request return”, choose a reason, and pick refund or exchange — it takes under a minute.
Hand it over
Pack the item with its tags and original packaging. Our courier collects it or you drop it off.
Get refunded
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed to your chosen method.
Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition with tags attached. Simply open your order and select “Request return”.
Refund methods
- Original payment method — for orders paid online.
- bKash or bank transfer — for cash-on-delivery orders.
- Instant store credit — added to your account as loyalty points.
How long refunds take
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days. The exact time to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or variant? Choose “Exchange” when submitting your return request and our team will confirm availability and arrange the replacement.
Non-returnable items
Items marked final sale, personalised products, and products returned without their original packaging may not be eligible. Failed deliveries (courier RTO) are handled separately by our logistics team.
